St Andrews Lakes is a private resort nestled in the Kent countryside, set across 175 acres of peaceful landscape and centred around a stunning 70-acre, spring-fed freshwater lake with crystal-clear waters, sandy lakeside beaches, surrounding woodland, and thriving fauna – including diverse birdlife and our protected fish population.

A place where families come together – whether seeking a tranquil escape or an active day out – our resort offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, all in a beautiful natural setting.

Once a working quarry, the site has been carefully transformed into a year-round destination for rest, recreation, and extended stays in nature.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of land and water-based activities – from paddleboarding, kayaking, and open water swimming to our new zip wire, climbing wall, and archery range. You can also stay overnight in one of our luxury lakeside lodges – designed for comfort, privacy, and stunning views over the water.

The resort is supported by a professional team focused on delivering quality, safety, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. We employ over 150 people at the height of the season, and our guests – arriving from local, regional, and international destinations – contribute significantly to both the Medway and Kent economies.

There’s also a lakeside café and pizzeria, alongside seasonal events throughout the year. With something for all ages and a strong sense of community, St Andrews Lakes has become a much-loved escape for outdoor living, quality time, and overnight stays.

Caring for the land and water is central to everything we do. We are committed to protecting the environment that makes this location so special.
