This experience can take up to 1 hour to complete.

Supervision

1 participating adult is required for every 3 children (child ages 6-9). Children 10-17 need an adult in the spectators area.

Are you ready to take a step of faith? This is a fantastic addition to our Zip Wire experience and a real test of courage as you step off into a free fall with a smooth, controlled landing. Why not take on The Drop before soaring across the lake on our amazing zip wire as part of the ultimate package?

Capture The Experience

You’ll be able to choose between a helmet camera or a selfie stick and make your adventure unforgettable by recording every moment. Bringing your own GoPro is allowed as long as it is securely attached to you.

Zip line was awesome. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The staff are fantastic, so friendly, kind and professional. We felt so welcome. Definitely would come back.

My family did the zip wire today and it was amazing! I had to do this as it was my 15 year olds birthday wish even though I am petrified of heights! I wouldn't have done it if it wasn't for the young girl that took us up, she was absolutely fantastic in helping me achieve this wonderful experience! I gave her a huge hug when I reached the bottom and said thank u otherwise I would of missed out.

me and 3 other people did in the dark zips lining and all the staff were so incredibly kind. Jack and Ben were sooo incredibly kind and answered all my questions, the woman who helped harness us in with the almond nails was also incredibly kind and helpful. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely come back again!!!!!

FAQS

Can I take a phone, GoPro or camera on the Zip Wire?

Yes, but only if it is securely attached to you using a wrist strap, chest harness or similar attachment. This is done entirely at your own risk and our instructors have final say on what equipment is permitted depending on weather and operational conditions.

Can I hold my baby, or attach my baby to myself while travelling on the zip?

No. Due to safety policy to protect you and our staff, you cannot attach anyone else to your harness or share a harness.

Can I travel down the zipline with a heart/joint/bone/muscular condition or while pregnant?

Please check with your doctor or GP in case of medical conditions and/or pregnancy.

Can guests with SEN or neurodivergent conditions travel on the zip?

Please check with your medical professional to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Let us know in advance to ensure we can offer bespoke customer service and support.

What happens if I decide I don’t want to go on the Zip Wire?

We understand nerves kick in! Our staff will encourage you where they see fit to take on the zip wire.

If you do change your mind on the platform, our trained staff will safely escort you back down. Refunds are not available for voluntary non-participation, but you will still be able to enjoy the ride back down in one of our Zip vehicles.

HOW DOES THE ZIP LINE STOP? WHERE DO I END?

The Zip Wire uses an automatic braking system which slows riders safely at the end of the ride. There is no action is required from riders. Each rider will get a safety brief before their flight.

can i get a refund on my zip wire if the weather looks bad?

All customers can get a refund within 72hrs of their booking. The zip line is operational all year round and will only close in the event of extreme weather or danger at which point we will contact you and rebook your experience. Our 72hour policy otherwise still applies.

What is the weight limit?
