ESTATE GARDENER

St Andrews Lakes is looking for a skilled and passionate gardener to join our grounds and maintenance team. This is a year-round role focused on maintaining and enhancing the landscaped areas across the estate, helping ensure the site remains beautiful, welcoming, and well presented.

TRUCK DRIVER

We are seeking a driver for our Leyland DAF 4×4 troop carrier, safely escorting zip wire customers up to the zip tower and helping them enjoy an unforgettable outdoor adventure. Experience driving large vehicles essential (HGV/LGV).

RYA SAILING INSTRUCTOR

We are seeking qualified RYA Dinghy Sailing Instructors to join our activities team, delivering dingy sailing sessions and courses, in line with national standards and site procedures.

HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANTS

We are seeking Housekeeping Assistants to join our friendly team at St Andrews Lakes, ensuring that our facilities and holiday lodges are maintained to a high standard for all visitors.

LIFEGUARDS

We’re seeking multiple enthusiastic, friendly, and vigilant lifeguards to join our seasonal team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all visitors across our open water swim sessions, lakeside beaches, and inflatable aqua park sessions! This is a fantastic summer opportunity, perfect for students or anyone looking for rewarding work in a beautiful outdoor setting.

(VOLUNTEER) Nature & History Tour Guide

St Andrews Lakes is seeking Volunteer Nature & History Tour Guides to lead engaging, informative tours around our stunning lakeside setting. Whether you’re a retired teacher, amateur historian, nature enthusiast, or simply love talking to people, we’d love to hear from you!

Although we would love to show you the behind-the-scenes magic, unfortunately work experience is not something we offer. You can check out our available jobs here. 
We’re lucky to receive a high number of applications, especially in the lead‑up to pre‑season, so the best way to apply is by emailing jobs@standrewslakes.co.uk. This helps us keep everything organised and ensures every application is reviewed fairly. (Phoning or popping down in person won’t increase your chances, but we’ll always be happy to see you when you visit for an activity!) 
 
To be considered, your application must include a cover letter and clearly state the job title you’re applying for. We can only accept applications completed by the applicant themselves. 
 
When you apply, you’ll get an automatic email confirming we’ve received your message. Due to the volume of applications, we cannot reply to everyone and replies to successful candidates can take a little time. If you’re successful, we’ll be in touch directly. If you don’t hear from us, unfortunately it means you haven’t been selected on this occasion — but please don’t be discouraged. We may keep your details on file for up to six months in case a suitable role opens up.
