BANK HOLIDAY 25TH MAY
A gentle Bank Holiday breathwork session designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and calm your nervous system. You’ll move through somatic shaking, slow nourishing movement, simple calming breathwork, and a deeply relaxing guided meditation. Leave feeling grounded, reset, and restored, with tools you can use anytime you need a moment of calm.
NEW! Deep Relaxation & Restorative Yoga Workshop
Join us on Saturday 23rd May at 9am for this unique yoga workshop! This 2.5hrs workshop (guided by a British Wheel of Yoga qualified instructor) will help you slow down, release tension, and fully reset both body and mind.

A gentle blend of yoga- and Pilates-inspired movement designed to improve joint health, posture, balance, and overall wellbeing. This session focuses on easing tension, improving alignment, and supporting circulation – finishing with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling restored.

IMMERSIVE SOUND MEDITATION
Immerse yourself in a restorative sound meditation, guided by a music therapist. Relax and rebalance as soothing soundscapes, singing bowls, and handpan melodies calm the mind and body in our peaceful lakeside venue.

AUFGUSS SAUNA THERAPY
A guided heat ritual combining essential oils, mindful breathwork, and expert towel techniques to elevate your sauna practice, all guided by our expert Sauna Master.

COLD WATER WORKSHOP
Build confidence, resilience, and essential safety skills with our workshop. Designed for anyone curious about cold water immersion, this guided session teaches you how to prepare, enter, and recover safely when swimming in temperatures below 15°C.

YOGA
Breathe, stretch, and unwind in our 1-hour lakeside yoga sessions. Set in our peaceful new venue, these small-group classes welcome all abilities and blend mindful movement with deep relaxation – morning or evening.

GUIDED COLD WATER DIP
Join this guided cold dip in the lagoon and feel the refreshing benefits of cold water immersion, in a safe, supportive setting.

DEEP HEALING BREATHWORK
