STRETCH & RELAX
A gentle blend of yoga- and Pilates-inspired movement designed to improve joint health, posture, balance, and overall wellbeing. Focuses on easing tension, improving alignment, and supporting circulation – finishing with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling restored. Wednesdays.
BREATHWORK
Experience a transformative session using conscious breathing, music, and guidance to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful lakeside setting.
SOUND MEDITATION
Immerse yourself in a restorative sound meditation, guided by a music therapist. Relax and rebalance as soothing soundscapes, singing bowls, and handpan melodies calm the mind and body in our peaceful lakeside venue.
COLD WATER WORKSHOPS
