A guided heat ritual combining essential oils, mindful breathwork, and expert towel techniques to elevate your sauna practice, all guided by our expert Sauna Master.

COLD WATER WORKSHOP
Build confidence, resilience, and essential safety skills with our workshop. Designed for anyone curious about cold water immersion, this guided session teaches you how to prepare, enter, and recover safely when swimming in temperatures below 15°C.
