All rental hires include buoyancy aids, and our crystal-clear lake offering the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation in a stunning setting!

Just a little reminder: We are an activities venue, and once your activity is complete, seating by the lake is reserved for those who have booked onto the lakeside beach. However, you’re welcome to relax and enjoy a bite to eat or a drink at our cafe/pizzeria either after your activity or in between activities. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your visit enjoyable! Your booked session cannot be extended if you are late for any reason. For full T&Cs, see here.

Pedalos - FROM £40

Fun for all the family! Our pedalos are for families, groups or couples who want to get out on the lake in a relaxing way!

Suitable for up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children (aged 3-14). Please note, from 2026, none of our pedalos have slides.

Paddleboards

Rent one of our premium quality Red Paddleboards! At 10’6″ in length, the minimum age to rent your own paddleboard is 12. All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the water.

Mega Sup

Great fun for a group activity. Up to six adults per board! We have two of these, so great for a group activity of up to 12 adults.

Our range of RTM kayaks give you fantastic stability, meaning you’ll master kayaking very quickly with some guidance to get you going from our staff!

Double Kayak

Our range of RTM kayaks give you fantastic stability, meaning you’ll master kayaking very quickly with some guidance to get you going from our staff!

Family Canadian

This is ideal for families of up to 2 adults and 2 children as it is more stable and the seating position keeps you much dryer than a sit-on kayak!

Bell Boats

Nine metres long and 1.4 metres wide, the Bell Boat leads the way in paddlesport safety and stability even for the most nervous person! Its twin hull design with central non-slip deck area easily seats up to six adults. We have two of these boats, so great for a group activity.

Bouyancy Aids

Buoyancy aids are provided as part of your rental package and must be worn.

Arrival Time

Please make sure you arrive 30-45 minutes before your session start time. If you are late, your session cannot be extended

Outstanding Water Quality

Our water quality is tested every month and always returns an ‘outstanding’ result, being only one grade off drinking water!

FAQS

Can children go on rental equipment alone?

No. For safety reasons, all guests under 18 MUST be accompanied on the water by an adult aged 18+, unless they are taking part in an instructor-led session. Please see below for our age and supervision policy for rental equipment.

Will I get wet?

You are likely to get wet while out on the lake.

Is it safe?

Yes, we have a dedicated safety team on shore and on safety boats to keep you safe.

When do I know when our time is up/ when to come in?

Our team on the safety boats will round people up and let you know when it’s time to make your way back to shore.

What if I’ve never done it before?

Our team on shore will give you a brief summary of how to launch your equipment. This is not a tuition session; we offer paddleboard tuition separately.

Can we go anywhere on the lake?

Within the marked buoyed areas, you can explore most of the lake. There are areas blocked off for the Aqua Park and open water swimmers.

Where can I leave my stuff?

Smart lockers are available to rent on-site for your activity session. Please ensure you select and pay for the correct duration, as lockers will automatically open once your time ends. Do not place belongings in a locker without payment – you won’t be able to retrieve them without staff assistance. A £10 retrieval fee applies if we need to unlock a locker that was not paid for. Please note these lockers are managed by LOKT.

Can I take my phone?

Yes you can take your phone on our rental equipment, but this is at your own risk. We recommend purchasing our waterproof phone cases, available on site. We also have lockers available onsite.

Can I take my bag on the lake?

You must not take any bags onto the lake with you.

Can I leave my keys with you?

We cannot be responsible for any belongings including keys. We also have lockers available onsite, or you may take your keys with you.

What can I wear?

You can wear whatever you want! We recommend clothes you don’t mind getting wet, swimwear, or bringing a change of clothes with you.

Can I go on the powerboat?

No, the powerboats you see on the lake are safety boats for staff only.

Should I wear my shoes?

We recommend not wearing your shoes on the rental equipment, as they might get wet. We also have lockers available onsite.

Can I use the beach afterwards?

We are an activities venue, and once your activity is complete, seating by the lake is reserved for those who have booked onto the lakeside beach. However, you’re welcome to relax and enjoy a bite to eat or a drink at our cafe/pizzeria either after your activity or in between activities. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your visit enjoyable!

Where can i watch?

We do not have a designated area to watch rental equipment, as they will be off exploring the lake! Seating by the lake is reserved for those who have booked onto the lakeside beach. However, you’re welcome to relax and enjoy a bite to eat or a drink at our cafe/pizzeria either after your activity or in between activities. You cannot wait or lounge on the rental beach; this is for activities only, and the area must be clear for launching equipment.

Pedalos

Under 18s cannot go on the water alone – they must be accompanied on the water by a supervising adult aged 18+.
Suitable for up to 4 adults, OR 2 adults with 3 smaller children aged 3–14 years.
Maximum supervision ratio: 1 adult to 3 children.

Kayaks

Under 18s cannot go on the water alone – they must be accompanied on the water by a supervising adult aged 18+. (Ages 3–11 must share a kayak with an adult; ages 12–17 can use a single kayak, but an adult 18+ must be on the water with them.)
Available in single, double, or family kayak sizes.
Maximum supervision ratio: 1 adult to 3 children.
Family Kayak – Max 3 adults, OR 2 adults and 2 small children (under 10yrs).

Paddleboards

Under 18s cannot go on the water alone – they must be accompanied on the water by a supervising adult aged 18+. (Ages 3–11 must share a paddleboard with an adult; ages 12–17 can use a paddleboard, but an adult 18+ must be on the water with them.)
Suitable for 1 adult OR 1 adult sharing with 1 child aged 3–7 years.
Maximum supervision ratio: 1 adult to 3 children.

Bell Boats

Under 18s cannot go on the water alone – they must be accompanied on the water by a supervising adult aged 18+.
Suitable for up to 6 adults.
A minimum of 2 adults must be on board at all times.
Children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised on-site by an adult, including while on the water.
Maximum supervision ratio: 1 adult to 3 children.

Under 18s cannot go on the water alone – they must be accompanied on the water by a supervising adult aged 18+.
Suitable for up to 6 persons.
