Upon Arrival at the Lake

Once you arrive, our friendly welcome attendants will direct you to the relevant check in kiosk. All staff will provide a mandatory safety brief before your activity starts. For your safety, we kindly ask that you stay within the designated activity areas and refrain from exploring other parts of the lakeside.

On the Water

Everyone is required to wear a Buoyancy Aid or Personal Floatation Device. Our lake is clearly divided into safe activity areas marked by buoys, with zones adjusted based on weather conditions each day. Our safety crew closely monitors all activities. A safety powerboat is always on the water, and a safety kayaker accompanies swimmers. For Swimming & Aqua Park the safety cover ratio is 1:20 and Sailing & Multi-Activity days are 1:6.

First Aid

Our trained first aid staff are trained in Emergency First Aid and hold certifications from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) or Royal Live Saving Society (RLSS) including specific First Aid for water-related, spinal or paediatric related incidents. We have one Automated External Defibrillator (AEDs) on-site, located at the shop.

Aqua Park 

For 2026, we won the RLSS Gold Award for our Aqua Park! The Gold accreditation indicates that the Aqua Park meets all of the operational standards as in silver, in addition to this all of their equipment is third-party-tested by a recognised test centre and certified that it meets ISO 25649.
