Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a refundable safety deposit of £250 is required and a payment link will be sent by your hosts in the week leading up to your stay.
When will our deposit be refunded?
Deposits are normally refunded within 24 hours of check-out following inspection of the lodge.
What is the minimum night stay?
There is a minimum 3-night stay for the lodges at St Andrews Lakes.
Is there parking?
Yes, each lodge has 1 reserved car parking space, if you require more this will need to be approved by your host.
Are activities included in our stay?
Activities are not included in a lodge stay at St Andrews Lakes, however lodge guests receive a 20% discount code for selected activities.
Do you allow pets?
No, the lodges at St Andrews Lakes do not allow pets.
Can I fish in the lake?
Unfortunately, we do not allow fishing at St Andrews Lakes. There is strictly no fishing in any areas at St Andrews Lakes, including the holiday lodges.
How do I order log for the hot tubs?
You will be contacted via WhatsApp Business by one of our hosts a few days before your check-in, which will be your first point of call for any orders or questions.
