Session Duration

50 minutes

Arrival Time

Please make sure you arrive 30-45 minutes before your session start time. If you are late, your session cannot be extended.

MIN. AGE

A minimum age of 6 years is required for our main aqua park. For younger kiddies, scroll down for our Kids Aqua Park!

MIN. height

A minimum height of 122cm is required for our aqua park.

Supervision for under 18's

For children aged 6-9yrs, 1 participating adult 18 yrs+ is required for every 3 children. For children aged 10-17rs, a supervising adult must remain shoreside throughout the session if not participating.

Wetsuits

Wetsuits are optional and available to rent on the day. £10 per adult, £7.50 per child.

'Outstanding' Water Quality

Our water quality is tested every month and always returns an ‘outstanding’ result, being only one grade off drinking water!

Food & Beverage

Cafe & Pizzeria open all year round. Please note that consumption of outside food on-site is strictly not permitted.

We have pay to use smart lockers available on-site.

Our seriously unique inflatable kids aqua park is fantastic fun for the little ones.

Due to the nature of activity, the surrounding ground area is wet. Please wear appropriate footwear eg. Crocs, flip flops etc. (See our FAQ’s + T&C’s)

Wetsuits and buoyancy aids are not required for the kids aqua park (see our FAQ’s + T&C’s for more info).

FAQS

Do I need to be able to swim to use the Aqua Park?

Yes. All Aqua Park guests must confidently be able to swim 25 metres unassisted.

Can children go on the Aqua Park alone?

Ages 6–9: Must be accompanied on the Aqua Park by a participating adult (18+). Ratio: 1 adult per 3 children.

Ages 10–17: Can take part without an adult on the Aqua Park, but a supervising adult must remain shoreside throughout the session.

Does the supervising adult need to stay onsite?

Yes, any children under the age of 18 must be checked in by an adult who remains on the shore the whole duration of their session – they cannot go off site or wait in the car park.

Are aqua shoes allowed?

No, aqua shoes are not permitted on the Aqua Park. However, you can purchase our aqua shoes, ideal for extra grip and advantage on our aqua park!

Can I bring my own wetsuit?

Yes, you can bring your own wetsuit. Alternatively, we have wetsuits available to rent on site. Wetsuits are optional for the Aqua Park.

Does everyone need a waiver?

Yes. Every guest, including adults and children, must have completed a waiver before taking part. Check your email confirmation for your unique waiver link.

Can I take a phone or GoPro onto the Aqua Park?

No. Phones, cameras and GoPro’s are not permitted on the Aqua Park.

Can I wear goggles on the Aqua Park?

Yes, you can wear goggles on the Aqua Park.
