KITCHEN ASSISTANT

We are seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team at St Andrews Lakes. This role suits someone with confident cooking skills, a genuine passion for food, and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced café environment. You’ll help maintain our high food standards, contribute to menu development, and work closely with the wider team to ensure a clean, efficient kitchen and an excellent customer experience.

This is a year-round role focused on maintaining and enhancing the landscaped areas across the estate, helping ensure the site remains beautiful, welcoming, and well presented for our guests in every season.

HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT

We are seeking Housekeeping Assistants to join our friendly team at St Andrews Lakes, ensuring that our facilities and holiday lodges are maintained to a high standard for all visitors.

LIFEGUARD

We’re seeking multiple enthusiastic, friendly, and vigilant lifeguards to join our seasonal team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all visitors across our open water swim sessions, lakeside beaches, and inflatable aqua park sessions! This is a fantastic summer opportunity, perfect for students or anyone looking for rewarding work in a beautiful outdoor setting.

GUEST ACTIVITY ASSISTANT

We are looking for multiple friendly, energetic Guest Activity Assistants to join our activities team. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role supporting our activities. You’ll be welcoming guests, checking them in for their activities, providing clear safety briefings, and ensuring they are correctly equipped before taking part. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with people, and being part of a fast-paced, positive team environment.

WELLNESS ASSISTANT

This is a varied, hands-on role combining guest-facing duties with support of our wellness facilities, including hot tubs, sauna, and cold plunge. You’ll play a key part in creating a calm, welcoming, and safe environment for guests, helping them feel relaxed and well cared for during their visit. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service and practical work in a unique lakeside setting.

(VOLUNTEER) Nature & History Tour Guide

St Andrews Lakes is seeking Volunteer Nature & History Tour Guides to lead engaging, informative tours around our stunning lakeside setting. Whether you’re a retired teacher, amateur historian, nature enthusiast, or simply love talking to people, we’d love to hear from you!
