St Andrews Lakes Wins Prestigious Diamond Award at the Hoseasons Owners Conference 2025

St Andrews Lakes is delighted to announce its win at the Hoseasons Owners Conference 2025, receiving the Diamond Award for ‘South of England – Small Park’ — a significant achievement that celebrates excellence across the UK holiday industry. Noted on the award plaque, ‘For exceptional quality and outstanding customer service’.

The two-day conference, held in Brighton from 18–19 November, brought together more than 450 owners, general managers, suppliers, and industry partners from across the UK. Attendees enjoyed keynote talks from leading experts in tourism and hospitality, insight sessions on guest trends and sustainability, and a packed schedule of innovation showcases designed to inspire the future of UK holidays.

The event culminated in an impressive gala dinner and awards ceremony co-hosted by Alan Carr – English comedian, broadcaster, writer, and television personality, who recently won Celebrity Traitors UK.
